The president of RCA recently announced a unilateral ceasefire, which was applauded by the CIRGL and its acting president, João Lourenço.
Also on Wednesday, Angola reaffirmed the need to lift the arms embargo against the RCA, a fact also defended in June by the President, João Lourenço, when speaking in New York, at the session of the United Nations Security Council.
