"The US Embassy in Luanda, Angola, is pleased to announce the arrival of 600,210 additional doses of covid-19 vaccines that the US is sharing with Angola through Covax", reads a statement posted on the website of the embassy.

The note states that this is the fourth batch of vaccines that the US has delivered to Angola, thus raising the total number of vaccine doses provided to Angola by that country to 2,247,170.

The most recent batch arrived at Luanda International Airport this Monday, October 11th, around 1:40 pm.
