According to the person in charge, the participations can be individual or in a group.
Those interested in participating must submit their candidacies at the Aníbal de Melo Press Centre, at the provincial delegations of the media and at the representations of the Republic of Angola abroad.
Applications must be submitted by December 16th of this year. On 7 January next year, the decision of the jury will be revealed, writes Angop.
The winner will be entitled to a prize worth five million kwanzas.
