The gala, presented by Pedro N'zagi, "was a real prize festival and an unprecedented television show," indicates ZAP Viva, in a statement sent to VerAngola.
The first award of the gala, which lasted three hours, went to Indira Silva in the category of best reporter.
However, other names in music and television were also awarded: "Prodígio as Best Musician, Daniel Nascimento as Best Presenter, TRX as Best Urban Music Group, Stela de Carvalho as Best Presenter and As Gingas, in the category of Best Modern/Traditional Music Group".
ZAP Globes also counted on the performances of artists such as Yannick Afroman, Noite e Dia, Gerilson Insrael and Cef. "Who also shone at the event was the ZAP Dance Company", the note adds.
Along with the presenters and musicians, the programs 'O Momento da Blindada' and 'É Actual' also won an award.
"Emotion, humor and good music characterized this first edition of ZAP Globos, with no lack of tributes to musicians such as Carlos Burity, Jivago, Waldemar Bastos and Kweno Ayonda. This tribute was rendered by the voice of Pedro N'zagi through a deserved and noble rhapsody, with excerpts of songs by the four failed artists," the statement says.
The organization Globos ZAP also decided to award a Merit and Excellence Award to the Ana Carolina Foundation.
