The defense of athletes' rights, before, during and after their career, the internationalization and promotion of Angolan football and the creation of an active policy of technological innovation are among the priorities of the new association.
Alves Simões, who will lead the association for a two-year term, promised to encourage combat, manipulation and sporting corruption in Angolan football.
As for the creation of the Professional Football League, the new squad promised to follow the global dynamics in the constitution of Angolan football leagues and other competitions.
"We intend, through ANCAF, to accompany the global dynamics in the constitution of national football leagues, the League Cup and other competitions that bring valences to the sport, with emphasis on investment in the private sector. The League will be credible, reliable and transparent and will have the slogan 'Everything for football and for football'", he said.
Members of the board of directors, the General Assembly, the fiscal, disciplinary and jurisdictional council of ANCAF, which has 16 associated clubs, took office.
