He also informed that another center will be installed "in the city of Saurimo to serve the provinces of Lunda Norte, Lunda Sul and Moxico", as well as "in the city of Uíge to serve the provinces of Uíge, Malanje, Kwanza Norte and Zaire".
"The provinces of Bengo and Cabinda, their tickets will continue to be printed here at the BI production center in Luanda", he said, quoted by RNA.
The official also took the opportunity to mention that, last year, the right to citizenship was extended from birth: "From birth, the citizen can already be registered and assigned the respective Identity Card, even to prevent certain situations such as are cases of trafficking in minors".
Cited by RNA, Carlos Cavuquila also informed that there are more than 13 million citizens in the database with this document active.
