The official, who was present this Friday at the inauguration of the deputies to parliament, said that, in Luanda, the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) did everything to win the elections.
"I think we lacked more integration, because a lot was done in Luanda, many infrastructures were built, there was an improvement in the population's quality of life", she explained.
Despite this, "I think the opposition has sold Angolans their dreams better," she said.
In the capital, UNITA won the elections, with 62.59 percent. In the overall count, the MPLA won with 51.17 percent of the votes against 43.95 percent for UNITA.
