"The measure is part of the efforts to promote the use of drones in programs and services that will impact the lives of children and youth. The African Academy of Data and Drones will be instrumental in equipping young people with the skills needed to use the technology for the benefit of children and their communities," reads the publication.

Atanilson Cachinjumba was born in Bié, is 25 years old and has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester. The Angolan, who since last year is part of the Angolan Space Program Management Office (GGPEN), is now attending the international course, which will be taught by videoconference.
