The head of the Health portfolio explained that the ministry is trying to find a solution for candidates who have applied to provinces outside Luanda and who reside in the capital. As Luanda is under sanitary fence nobody can get out or in, she said, adding that the procedures are still being analyzed.
"We will start this week with that experience. We have pictures placed in Bié and they are in Luanda. They signed the contracts and after having the proper authorization from the covid-19 Multi-sectoral Commission they will be tested and taken to the province where they have to provide service," he said, quoted by Angop.
The governor also said there are no obstacles to continue with the contracting procedures in the other provinces. The candidates who are in Luanda and have been placed in the provinces of Cuando Cubango, Moxico, Bié, Lunda Norte and Lunda Sul should go to the Directorate of Human Resources, at the Medium Health Institute, located in the urban district of Samba, to sign the contracts, she said.
Silvia Lutucuta also made it known that it is up to the Health Human Resources to inform the new professionals to go to the province where they were placed, accompanied by a covid-19 test and a guide passed by the commission to fight covid-19.
