TAAG represents Angola at the Mozambique Tourism Fair

During the event, TAAG will be promoting Angola's tourist destinations, promoting the country to exhibitors and visitors from different parts of the world, the carrier said in a statement sent to VerAngola.

They also added that this is an opportunity to promote the 'Luanda hub' and the company's connectivity on the African continent and intercontinental connections to Europe and the Americas.

TAAG's stand was designed to promote and publicize its services, with an emphasis on the cargo and mail segment, given the importance of intra-African and North-South trade, where TAAG presents itself and positions itself in the market as a facilitator.

The TAAG delegation has also been meeting with strategic partners and collecting data on the dynamics of the tourism sector in the region and the main trends in the industry. Of note was the courtesy visit to the TAAG stand by the Angolan Ambassador to Mozambique, José Manuel.

FIKANI Mozambique is the largest tourism fair in the country, a landmark event in the region that attracts several economic agents and entities from the tourism and travel subsector.

“For TAAG, participating in FIKANI represents a competitive advantage for business exchange and development, and is an important platform for promoting Angola, as well as the company’s regional and international routes,” the airline added.

TAAG currently has four weekly flights to Maputo, with departures from Luanda on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
