The President of the Republic authorized the expenditure through a presidential decree, and the rehabilitation will be carried out by the company ACC - África Swiss. João Lourenço also gave the endorsement for the opening of the emergency contracting procedure for the award of contracts.

The supervision of the contract, with a global value of 1.3 million dollars, is the responsibility of the company AMBIGEST - Gestão de Engenharia e Ambiente.

"The architectural structure of the 11 de Novembro Stadium is at risk of partial collapse due to the heavy rains that hit the province of Luanda in the first four months of the year", justifies the Executive.

The Minister for Youth and Sports is responsible for approving the parts of the procedure and verifying the validity and legality of all acts carried out within the scope of this contracting procedure, including the conclusion and signature thereof.

The Ministry of Finance is authorized to register projects in the Public Investment Program (PIP) and to ensure the availability of the necessary financial resources for the execution of contracts.
