The information was advanced by the GPL, in a statement, which VerAngola had access to. "Following the distribution of fuel subsidy cards, the Provincial Government of Luanda, starts next Tuesday, August 8, a massive campaign to deliver the cards in all municipalities in the province", reads the note.
Thus, says GPL, in the municipality of Luanda, delivery will take place at the Congoleses and Multiperfil stops.
In the municipalities of Cazenga and Kilamba Kiaxi, the cards will be delivered at Tanque do Cazenga and Banco BIC (near the Sonangol pumps), respectively.
In Viana, the campaign will take place at the "João Kiala stop, next to Vila, at the Pedonal dos Bombeiros and in Luanda Sul", while in Cacuaco it will be in the "São Paulo direction, after the blue pedestrian".
The GPL informs that in the municipality of Belas the cards will be distributed on the "opposite side of the Court of Benfica"; in Talatona it will be "next to the Pumangol stop, towards Ramiro, and in front of the AngoMart on the Via Expressa"; in Icolo and Bengo at the "hospital stop, Catete Urban District, and in Bela Vista" and, finally, in Quiçama it will take place at Praça do Cabo Ledo and Muxima.
According to another communiqué from the GPL, to which VerAngola had access, last Friday, the provincial government met with municipal administrations and associations of taxi drivers and motorcycle taxi drivers "to address the massive campaign to distribute subsidy cards to fuels".
Speaking on the sidelines of the meeting, the director of Traffic and Mobility of the Municipality of Luanda, Domingos Araújo, quoted in a note from the GPL, referred that "the municipality of Luanda has already received 4139 fuel subsidy cards, of which 2620 have already been delivered, with for delivering 1519 cards to beneficiaries".
"We have an average delivery of 40 to 50 cards per day, the campaign arrives at the right time", he added.
