The guardianship also explains that the procedures for the delivery of rehabilitated buildings remain the same.
In other words, "the Housing Development Fund (FFH), as the promoter of the rehabilitation program of the referred buildings, receives the keys from the contractor's hands, by means of the signature of a certificate of delivery of the keys" and then "proceeds the handover of the building to the National Housing Institute (INH)".
