The information was provided by the insurer, in a statement quoted by Expansão, and confirmed on the ENSA website.
According to the statement, quoted by Expansão, Mário Mota Lemos "is, as everyone knows, a historical background at ENSA, with a career in the company and an extraordinary experience in the Angolan insurance market, also having a professional and academic curriculum of enormous relevance".
Thus, Mota Lemos will replace Carlos Duarte who, as the company explains in the note, leaves the insurer's PCA functions consensually to go "insure" another project.
This change results from a decision unanimously determined by the present board of directors. Expansão also adds that the final constitution of the new board should be announced, in the coming weeks, by the shareholder (State, represented by the appropriate management bodies, the Ministry of Finance and the Institute for the Management of State Assets and Participations [IGAPE]) .
