Lourenço will leave Guinea on Sunday for Accra, Ghana's capital, where he will meet with his counterpart, Nana Akufo.
The President will also address Ghana's members of parliament.
President Lourenço's visit to Ghana will end on Tuesday and the next day the Angolan chief executive will start his return trip to Luanda.
