It is an African community, which selectively honors chefs and recipes, based on the quality criteria required in the universe of gastronomy.
This is an acknowledgment of the chef's skills, who in an original and genuine way teaches different recipes that make a difference in the lives of families in Angola and other parts of the African continent, says a statement sent to VerAngola.
"Honoring what I am as a cook and telling the story of my essence, my floor and my truth on a plate is and will always be my soul as a cook", says Elizabeth Martins.
"Seeing recognition for my work outside my country, in Africa and beyond, gives me the certainty that there is only one path and that's where I walk every day", she adds.
This appreciation adds more responsibility, both to Chef and to the ZAP Viva channel, in order to continue working more and better, valuing Angolan cuisine, in a program that encourages national production using local products, says the channel.
After the success of the first season, ZAP Viva promises "soon" to present the second season of 'Entre Tachos', "with even more flavor and mouth-watering recipes".
