The additional credit is intended to pay for expenses related to 64 projects of the Ministry of Public Works and Land Planning.
The presidential decree, consulted by Lusa news agency, does not include a list of the projects in question.
According to the decree, dated July 23 and published in the Official Gazette on August 18, the supplementary credit amounts to 100 billion kwanzas.
It is to be made available in a phased manner to meet the financial responsibilities of projects with associated credit lines, as well as "projects financed by ordinary Treasury resources and allocated in a phased manner according to the payment needs of cash availability.
