Located about 125 kilometres from the city of Luena, Moxico province, the Cameia National Park occupies an area of over 14 square kilometres.
Consisting of low hills, dense forests and extensive pastures, Cameia National Park is bordered to the east by the Zambezi River and to the south by the Luena River.
Here you can find several types of animals: lynx, buffalo, antelopes, wildebeest, African boar, lions, leopards, among others.
The park was initially established as a Hunting Reserve in 1935 and became a National Park in 1957.
