In order for the project to start, it will be necessary to proceed with a process of hiring labour. In a statement, cited by Angop, the real estate company Exlis Comércio & Serviços revealed that the Souvenir project should create around a hundred direct jobs.
The project, which saw its first stone laid this Wednesday in Luanda, foresees the construction of 90 houses.
In the first phase, T4 and T5 houses will be built in the Souvenir Condominium, on Avenida Comandante Fidel Castro. This initial phase should last one year, already counting on the delivery of the first houses.
This project is budgeted at around seven billion kwanzas.
