João Lourenço changes ENNA's management and appoints new board

The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, made adjustments to companies in the transport sector this Tuesday, having dismissed the entities that were part of the Board of Directors of the National Air Navigation Company (ENNA) and appointed a new board.

According to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic, to which VerAngola had access, the head of state signed, this Tuesday, "an order terminating the mandate of the entities that make up the Board of Directors" of ENNA.

As such, Manuel Agostinho Filipe Júnior, from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bernarda de Paiva Henrique (executive director) and António de Jesus Marcolino Paulo Pombal (non-executive director) were dismissed.

"In another order, the President of the Republic appointed, for the aforementioned public company, Bernarda de Paiva Henrique, to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors; Celso Ludgero Amaro Gaspar, executive director, and Altair Rossendo de Carvalho Silva, non-executive director", the statement adds.

Furthermore, also on Tuesday, through an order, João Lourenço also "terminated the mandate of Manuel Augusto César Ferreira, as non-executive director of the Port Company of Luanda", having appointed the non-executive director of the aforementioned company, Maria de Lourdes Bravo.
