According to Dispatch n.º 4097/23, of July 17, consulted this Tuesday by Lusa, new directors of IGAPE were appointed, Tavares André Cristóvão and Augusto Laurindo Kalikemala, the latter reappointed in office.
Vera Tangue Escórcio was an administrator at Banco de Fomento Angola (BFA), while Patrício Vilar had led IGAPE since 2019 and led the first phase of the state privatization program (PROPRIV), approved in the same year.
IGAPE was created to regulate and monitor the public business sector, execute the privatization and restructuring policy and program, manage and control the State's financial holdings, monitor and supervise the management of financial assets and Public Funds, as well as manage loans granted by the State.
