"Last year we had a turnover of one billion kwanzas, let's hope that this year we can surpass it, because in fact we have twice as many exhibitors, so this could also give us an indication that we can clearly have a conducive environment for this", said the minister, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
This edition, to be held in the Special Economic Zone (ZEE) until next Saturday, will have as its motto "Digital economy, the new frontier of the world economy".
"The digital economy is bringing a new market, in addition to having the physical market, which we know, we have a much more vibrant virtual market and this is moved by the digital economy. It is helping us to actually solve problems of disruptive way, from the physical point of view in the markets we see trends practically in cascade, first there is this step, then that one, then that one, that one. In the digital economy and with the disruptive technologies we managed to move from the first step to the tenth", considered also the holder of the Economy and Planning portfolio, quoted by RNA.
It should be noted that FILDA sold out, this year, for the first time, the exhibition area, with more than 40 companies in the queue. More than 1000 exhibitors will be present at the event, of which around 128 are international.
