Speaking to journalists, after the meeting of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Adão de Almeida, said that this will be a phased process, with 214 priority projects from different sectors being selected, among which is the public administration interoperability platform, to improve information sharing and avoid permanently requesting information from citizens that is already available.

The Agenda "intends, in alignment with the State reform roadmap, to introduce, in a structured way, digital transition processes in public administration, moving towards the dematerialization and digitalization of public services", highlighted Adão de Almeida.

The proposal to amend the law on the designation and execution of international legal acts was also considered for submission to the National Assembly, to improve the implementation of financial sanctions and other restrictive measures on people, groups and entities suspected of acts of terrorism and financing of terrorism, subversion of the maintenance of peace and security or non-compliance with United Nations Security Council resolutions.

At the meeting, a proposal for a law on the Bases of the National Professional Training System was also analysed, for submission to the National Assembly, with the aim of adjusting it to the current national legal system and the country's socio-economic reality.

The diploma establishes criteria for access to certain courses, establishes modalities of professional training and establishes the principle of certification of courses, actions and training entities.

At the meeting, other documents proposed by various sectors of the central administration were also considered.

It is recalled that at the meeting, the council also approved the presidential decree that sets the minimum wage at 70 thousand kwanzas

"With the approval of the minimum wage, the executive intends to seek a balance between the principles of fair remuneration and human dignity; protect the levels of economic activity, employment and formality; and enshrine more flexibility in setting minimum wages by industry, sector of economic activity and economic groupings through collective work agreements", refers to the final communiqué from the Council of Ministers to which Lusa had access.
