The special envoy of the president of Congo Brazzaville, speaking to the press, said that she received from João Lourenço "the guarantee that he will be present in Brazzaville to participate in the summit".
According to Rosalie Matondo, the occasion will be used for the two government officials to talk about matters of bilateral interest.
