The Airbus A220 has the capacity for 142 passengers, of which 130 in economy class and 12 in business class, being considered "a modern and extremely efficient aircraft in terms of fuel economy".

It is an environmentally friendly equipment, with reduced CO2 emissions and noise pollution. Customers will enjoy superior comfort, in-flight entertainment and more cabin and luggage space.

"The reinforcement of the TAAG fleet is evidence of the company's path towards modernization and growth, which is committed to a more versatile fleet, capable of better responding to market needs and business strategy (growth of the network of destinations and frequencies), allowing the TAAG can take greater advantage of Angola's geostrategic positioning, enhancing Luanda as a hub, through the New Luanda International Airport, Dr. António Agostinho Neto", adds the note.
