"The Ministry of Finance, through the Instituto de Gestão de Activos e Participações do Estado (IGAPE), in accordance with Law no. 10/19, of 14 May, on Privatization, in conjunction with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 67 of Law no. º 41/20, of December 23, of Public Contracts, that the Public Tender is open, for the privatization, in the form of Assignment of the Right to Operate and Manage 3 Hotel Units of the Infotur network," says IGAPE.
In a statement sent to VerAngola, IGAPE explained that the tender is open to national and foreign investors and that these "should send their applications to IGAPE, starting today [Monday], until July 20, 2021.
The privatization of the three hotels will be done "through a public tender for the Assignment of the Right to Operate and Manage them, in a contract that will last for 12 years with a purchase option at the end of the contract," the note states.
