To replace Paulo Duarte, assistant coach Felipe Nzanza was called in, who assumes the command, according to the statement that did not put forward the reasons underlying the contract termination.

The coach had already confirmed that he would take charge of the Togo team from September onwards, which was not well accepted, adding also the poor results in recent days.
Thus, the 52-year-old coach should head to Lomé, capital of Togo, to make the commitment.
Hired in September 2020 from 1º de Agosto for one year and one more option, Duarte leaves the team in third position, with 51 points. In 25 games played he had 15 wins, six draws and four defeats.
