They are two women, aged 27 and 35, and a 37-year-old man, all living in Luanda. One of the patients is a health professional and is related to the Multiperfil Clinic, whose health fence was raised on Saturday.
Angola has 189 cases, of which 124 are of local transmission, 10 resulted in death, 77 patients recovered and 102 active.
"We continue to conduct epidemiological linkage studies of nine cases," said Franco Mufinda, who showed concern about the increase in infections in the last two weeks, in which 91 new cases were registered.
"There is every interest and need to carry out the study of these 'clusters' and uncover the cases still under study," he said.
The authorities control, in institutional quarantine, 1065 people and 1359 contacts are under surveillance.
Of the 21,872 samples already collected, 189 were positive, 16,907 negative and the rest are being processed.
In the last 24 hours, 381 samples have been processed.
The Secretary of State also reported that the National Institute of Health Research (INIS) resumed activities after the decontamination of the institution, where a case of infection was detected.
The covid-19 pandemic has already claimed more than 472,000 lives and infected more than 9.1 million people in 196 countries and territories, according to a report by the French agency AFP.
