Silvia Lutucuta stressed that the new cycle that began on Wednesday and continues until the 24th of this month, provides for a ban on the movement and residence of people on public roads, except for urgent, necessary and unavoidable movements.
Only health professionals, security and defence forces and return to their usual place of residence, duly justified and authorised, are allowed to leave and enter the capital.
Angola currently has 118 cases of infection and five deaths.
