The holder of the Youth and Sports portfolio, when speaking at the III National Sports Meeting, also took the opportunity to reaffirm the Executive's "commitment to the future of sport" in the country, with regard to the field of training, according to a Government statement, to which VerAngola had access.
Rui Falcão also highlighted the "importance of collective participation in the preparation of the National Plan for the Promotion of Sports 2024-2027".
According to the minister, it is essential to collect "contributions from everyone involved" in order to ensure that the plan meets the "needs and expectations of the national sports community".
On the occasion, he also highlighted the fact that transparency and effectiveness are important with regard to the management of sports federations.
"We need transparent management committed to the development of our sports", he said, quoted in the statement.
