While in Luanda, Bengo, Cuanza Norte, Uíge, Zaire and Cabinda, thermometers should record minimum temperatures with average values between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius.

It should be noted that the cacimbo season started on Wednesday and will continue until August 15th. This is a season "characterized by the absence of rain in a large part of the country, although, until the end of May in some locations in the North of Angola, the occurrence of rain may be recorded", says the statement.

The institute leaves a warning about the possibility of a higher incidence of respiratory diseases, recommending citizens to protect themselves and take care such as drinking plenty of water during the day, wearing clothes that cover the entire body, doing physical exercise, giving priority to a diet based on field products, etc.
