On the 20th of April of this year, the Estádio 11 de Novembro, in Luanda, was once again closed for major works, due to its poor state of repair, which has caused successive closures for improvement works, after inspections by CAF.
The first edition of the African Football Super Cup will be played in the months of October and November 2023, and the works to repair problems in the structure of the stadium, such as cracks in the pillars and walls, problems in the elevators, in the press booths, as well as as a less recommendable appearance on the outside, will be carried out, guaranteed the Government.
