For a period of two years, the policeman was the only National Police officer in Quixico, after his colleagues died, according to police reports, cited by Novo Jornal.

In this way, Júlio Joaquim Neto went on to ensure order in nine villages of the locality by himself, proceeding with the application of laws, as well as obeying and enforcing the norms of the police force, writes Novo Jornal.

It should be noted that the patenting took place at the Centro de Instrução do Sassa Cária, in Caxito, with the policeman being honored for his actions.

According to Novo Jornal, at the moment, the staff is no longer alone, sharing the responsibilities with two other colleagues. However, advances the same newspaper, Júlio Joaquim Neto says he intends to continue his work as an agent in Quixico, showing himself happy with the work carried out.

Commissioner Delfim Kalulu, provincial commander of the National Police in that province, said that Júlio Joaquim Neto portrays the State, being the representation of what police authority should be.
