The official, quoted by Angop, explained that the completion of the referred projects – which concern the development of mixed-use developments in Futungo de Belas, Santa Bárbara and the ex-Mercado do Roque Santeiro – is at a preamble stage of negotiations.

He also took the opportunity to mention that the DAMAC delegation that is currently in Luanda will establish contacts with the country's entities to then start the work.

The AIPEX CEO did not mention the general budget of the projects, having only mentioned that the total cost will be announced as soon as the details and the way in which the projects will be materialized are formulated, writes Angop.

Led by the senior vice president for investments and acquisitions, Anastasia Kozyraki, the delegation that is on Angolan soil will hold meetings with some entities, including the Ministry of Territory Administration and State Reform and the Provincial Government of Luanda.

It is recalled that Angola and the UAE company signed a memorandum comprising an expression of interest by the company to start exploratory activities in various fields in Angola, with emphasis on the construction of hotels, golf courses, among others.
