The Portuguese and Kenyan embassies in Angola, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UN in Angola, will hold, on the 10th of May, the event "Flagship Blue Talk Luanda: a bluer future".
The event, which will be attended by various government officials from Portugal and Angola, aims to discuss the theme of the Oceans in the context of preparations for the Second United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC).
The debate will take place at the Venâncio de Moura Diplomatic Academy, from 9 am to 1 pm.
