With the aim of responding to the challenges of protecting consumers in Portuguese-speaking African Countries (PALOPs), the Meeting of Consumer Protection Organizations from Portuguese-speaking African Countries will take place on May 25th.
The event, created and developed by the Association for Consumer Protection of Angola (Adecor), aims to provide an exchange of experiences, discuss and reflect on issues related to consumer protection and defense in Portuguese-speaking African Countries, as well as analyze the main influencing factors in the growth of Consumer Protection organizations in these countries.
The legislative systems on existing or non-existent consumer protection in the different Portuguese-speaking African countries will be presented and discussed.
