This agency will operate from Monday to Friday until 4pm (pandemic time) and the customers will also be able to count on the services of a contact center (923 190 860), operating from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
This new agency, besides creating jobs, is part of the expansion and proximity plan of Nossa Seguros, now present in 16 provinces, with 20 agencies and six branches in the SIACs. Nossa Seguros is increasingly betting on the provision of effective and personalized services, with schedules that are adequate to the clients' availability and needs.
It should be remembered that by the end of 2020 seven agencies in the province of Luanda and 17 agencies in the other provinces were operating in Angola.

It belongs to the BAI - Banco Angolano de Investimentos Financial Group and for that reason, in addition to the supervision of ARSEG, requirements are imposed on it which derive from BAI's obligations, by force of Banco Nacional de Angola's notices, namely at the level of corporate governance and internal control.
