The second visit on the itinerary was to the Capacita para Cuidar Association, located in the Mulemba Condominium, in Talatona. At this institution, which is dedicated to training caregivers and providing therapeutic support to people with ASD, the minister observed the work methodologies implemented and the positive impact that the association has on the lives of its users and their families. There was space to exchange experiences and discuss challenges and possible solutions to improve service.

Still in the morning, the state delegation arrived at the Ana Carolina Foundation, in Benfica. This foundation is recognized for its work in the area of inclusive education and multidisciplinary support for children and adolescents with autism. The governor toured the facilities, spoke with professionals in the area and witnessed "the foundation's commitment to providing a learning and development environment suited to the individual needs of each child", says a government statement to which VerAngola had access.

The last visit of the round was to the APEGADA Association, also located in Benfica, close to the Hemodialysis Center. In this association, which is dedicated to providing emotional support and defending the rights of people with autism and their families, the minister listened to the reports and concerns of its members, reinforcing the Government's commitment to working in partnership with civil society to ensure a better quality of life for this segment of the population.

During the visits, the governor reiterated the importance of the work carried out by associations and foundations, and highlighted the fundamental role they play in raising awareness in society, promoting inclusion and offering specialized services for people with autism.
