The memorandum was signed by the general director of INEFOP, Manuel Mbangui, and by the director of Strategic Planning at Unitel, Eduardo Vieira, whose act took place last Friday (12 April), according to a note from the Ministry of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, to which VerAngola had access.
"INEFOP and Unitel made the strategic partnership official through the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding – MOU to promote the professional development of young people in Angola and provide 20 professional internship vacancies annually", the note reads.
This memorandum "aims to offer professional internship opportunities to young people, preparing them for the challenges of the job market".
The signing ceremony, where authorities and representatives from both entities were present, "demonstrated the mutual commitment to promoting the country's growth and prosperity through investment in youth".
According to the statement, the aforementioned partnership promises to "value and encourage the talent of young people", ultimately contributing to a "promising future for young graduates" in the country.
