The privatization of these two assets, which was approved last Friday by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, will be carried out through a public tender by prior qualification, within the scope of the Privatization Program (Propriv) in the period 2023-2026, writes Angop.
In this way, the head of State delegated powers to the Minister of Finance, with sub-delegation capacity, to investigate the validity and legality of all subsequent actions.
In addition to the privatization of the aforementioned assets, according to Angop, João Lourenço, in another order, also gave the 'green light' to the expenditure, as well as the formalization of the opening of the public tender for the public works contract in order to complete the study, construction, equipping and monitoring the Sovereign Memorial and the Ngola Royal Palace, in Malanje.
It is recalled that in March 2023, the President of the Republic authorized the extension of the Propriv implementation period for another three years.
