:

"In the State Budget of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, in terms of public investment projects, we have 13 public investment projects, which are from 13 Higher Education institutions, or better than 12, one of them is not a higher education institution, it is an organic unit, as is the case of the Polytechnic Institute of Ondjiva, which is an organic unit of Mandume Ya Ndemufayo University", said the minister, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).

The holder of the Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation portfolio also made it known that the referred projects will comprise nine provinces: "These 13 projects cover nine provinces. It is in this year's budget for them to start and, naturally, we will have to allow time for these works, from the moment they start, to be able to develop", she advanced, speaking on the sidelines of the 2nd National Forum of University Students of Angola.

Cited by RNA, the minister mentioned some concrete cases. "The Lueji-A-Nkonda University has, both in Dundo and in Saurimo, the process for the construction of adequate infrastructures", she began by saying.

"The campus of Universidade Agostinho Neto, we are also working with the contractor and with the university itself so that the whole project is completed, in the same way the work is being done with the Katyavala Bwila University and with the Instituto Superior de Ciências de Educação in Benguela. It is public, there are the Diaries of the Republic with the orders of the President of the Republic to authorize the expenditure", she added, quoted by RNA.

Maria do Rosário Bragança said that these were "concrete facts", adding that they have "other actions still a little delayed", however, they hope "in a short time" to have more news: "These are concrete facts and we have other actions still a little late, because they have to be dealt with in terms of financing, but we hope to have more news in a short time", added the minister, quoted by RNA.
