Thus, according to Platinaline, the Portuguese chef, at the invitation of Ricardo Helton and Vista Alegre Angola, will mark his presence for the first time, in the country's capital, at the Kurah restaurant, for the aforementioned dinner - lasting two days and intended for 45 people each, in which he will design a signature menu.
However, according to chef Ricardo Helton, this is not an isolated initiative. The owner of restaurant Kurah, speaking to Platinaline, said that this event will take place several times a year, aiming to raise the bar in gastronomy, by bringing international chefs with the intention of forwarding the name of national gastronomy to various places in the world, since in Angola there are already chefs and a high standard of cuisine is already being prepared.
