In a statement, ANPG revealed that "investors in the English-speaking market interested in the bidding process for the Blocks in the Basin of Baixo Congo and Kwanza will have access to the technical presentation in video format, starting this Friday, 23rd.
The agency also explains that the video, which serves as an "alternative to traditional roadshows" will be available on the ANPG website and will contain technical information about the bidding for blocks CON1, CON5 and CON6, in the Lower Congo onshore basin, and blocks KON5, KON6, KON8, KON9, KON17 and KON20, in the Kwanza onshore basin.
"Additionally, investors interested in this bidding process can schedule individual online meetings with ANPG - in English and in Portuguese - to better understand the potential and the necessary requirements, through the e-mail licitacoes@anpg.co.ao and the telephone terminal +244 931 793 204," the note states.
The ANPG also recalls that "the ongoing promotion process will culminate with the launch of the Public Tender on April 30, date on which the rules, procedures and terms of reference will be disclosed.
After the tender is launched, investors will have 40 days to send their proposals, "proof of payment of the entrance fee and documents attesting to their suitability, technical and financial capacity.
These documents, says the agency, are needed to "fulfill the legal requirements of the associates of the National Concessionaire regarding the quality of operator and non-operator.
