National Museum of Anthropology

Founded more than 40 years ago, on November 13, 1976, the museum is located in the neighborhood of Coqueiros in Luanda.

The National Museum of Anthropology consists of two floors with a total of 14 rooms. In these rooms are displayed pieces related to the cultural heritage of the country: agricultural utensils, hunting and fishing utensils, musical instruments, jewelry, among others.

There is also a room dedicated to the masks that make reference to the rituals of the Bantu people.
