The meeting, according to a note from the Presidency of the Republic to which VerAngola had access, took place this Thursday morning, at the Presidential Palace.
"Amir Ben Yahmed is in Luanda as part of multiple contacts related to the editorial activity of the communications group he leads, which includes the well-known magazine Jeune Afrique," the statement reads.
It is worth remembering that the head of state was recently interviewed by this magazine.
"Very recently, Jeune Afrique interviewed President João Lourenço, a journalistic article that is the central theme of the March issue of the aforementioned publication. In anticipation, several platforms have already broadcast its content for weeks, mainly in audiovisual version", the note from the Presidency of the Republic also recalls.
