David Carmo called up for the Angolan national team for the first time

Defender David Carmo, who joined the summoned of the Portuguese football team, was called up, this Tuesday, for the first time by Angola's coach, the Portuguese Pedro Gonçalves, to represent the country in the next friendly matches.

David Carmo, aged 24, became European under-19 champion for Portugal in 2018, and was even called up to represent the main team, for the start of the 2022/23 Nations League, when he played for Sporting de Braga, but was never used by coach Fernando Santos.
