In a statement, made public on Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considers that the terrorist attacks in a concert hall on Friday, in Moscow, Russia, cannot, under any protest, fail to deserve its "most lively and firm repudiation ".
The executive understands that terrorism is an immoral, inhumane and cowardly phenomenon, "regardless of the form and place in which it manifests itself".
The general mobilization against this practice and solidarity between nations, considering that all of them can be potential targets of this phenomenon, "is a safe way to be used to overcome this scourge", he argues.
The Government also expressed its deepest condolences to the Government of the Russian Federation and the bereaved families.
The number of fatalities from the attack on a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow rose to 93, according to the Russian Investigative Committee (IC). "The death toll is now 93", the committee declared in a statement, warning that "the number will increase".
The attack was claimed by the Islamic State (IS).
The last report showed that there were 60 fatalities, but authorities had already warned that the number could rise as search and rescue work takes place at the site.
