The decision came from the FAF Ordinary General Assembly, held in Luanda, with 14 votes in favour, four against and four abstentions.
The regulation states that the Super Cup must be played in two legs.
In September 2021, Sagrada Esperança beat Petro de Luanda, 4-3, on penalties, in Benguela province, after a 0-0 draw in regular time.
FAF vice-president José Carlos Miguel said that, at the time, the governing body of national football had the consent of the two clubs to play the game with one hand, due to the restrictions imposed by covid-19.
Petro de Luanda, once again, publicly denied the FAF and said that it was a unilateral decision by the Federation.
