In addition to wanting to be present at the Tour of Portugal, which will take place from the 16th to the 20th of August, the team also plans to be present at the Tour of Mali.

"After participating in the Clássica da Arrábida and due to the still uncertain calendar in Africa due to the pandemic, we expect to run, among others, the Tour of Mali, in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burkina Faso", revealed Carlos Araújo, the team's sports director, in statements to the Portuguese sports newspaper A Bola.

The official also made it known that for now the team will be present in the Volta ao Alentejo, with "good prospects for the Volta a Portugal, also counting on being present in the Joaquim Agostinho Trophy and Grand Prix JN".

"Our deputy sporting director, Gustavo Suarez, who is Spanish, has already guaranteed his presence in the Asturias, Castile and León and some classics", he added.

The sporting director of the team also told the newspaper A Bola that the team is working with its eyes on the future.

"The sponsors and the name from two years ago are maintained and we have 15 cyclists registered: eight Angolans with Bruno Araújo and Igor Silva as line leaders, the Cuban Cristian Perez, the Spanish Mauro Rato, who raced as an amateur, and the Portuguese Sancho Cruz, who lived in Angola and trained with the team. We recently reached an agreement with four Frenchmen", he concluded.
