The National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) also points out the "unpredictable" consequences when "a part of our planet lives an atrocious war whose" urging women around the world "to unite their voices and use their talent to appeal to the parties for peace through negotiation and respect for international law".

UNITA also addresses the party's role in the recognition of women in Angolan society and expresses solidarity with the "heroines of Angola's history", prominent or anonymous figures.

"Just as its role was decisive, in all stages of society's evolution, UNITA is full of conviction about the imperative of alternating power in Angola, to be carried out in an orderly, responsible, peaceful and inclusive way, counting largely on women's participation", points out the "Galo Negro" party.
